I ran into a brick wall trying to work with the City of San Diego as the executor of a friend's last will. Mr. Duncan did not have an easy time of it, but he was able to get the documents transferred to the individuals listed in the will, and he got certified copies of the certificate of death. The last accomplishment was not easy.

Intellectually, I knew that I should have a will, a Trust, a designated power of attorney, healthcare proxy, and everything else that goes into a complete estate plan. Emotionally, I didn't want to think about "afterward" and put it off for years. When my dad passed recently, I felt a new urgency to take care of "afterward" now. Greg was terrific to work with, and I enjoyed working with him. I had been feeling somewhat anxious about the process and having to make decisions about things I didn't want to think about. Greg is empathetic to those feelings and put me at ease right from the start. In addition to his extensive legal knowledge and expertise in estate planning, Greg is calm, patient, professional, and an excellent listener and communicator. He clearly and patiently explained to me and guided me through everything that needed to be done to make sure my estate will be managed in accordance with my wishes and to make sure my beloved fur-baby will continue to be loved and well-cared for by the person I want him entrusted to. Greg made the entire process as easy as possible for me, which I highly value and deeply appreciate. He arranged for a Notary when we needed one, filed all the documents with the correct government office, and presented my completed plan to me in a professional binder. Greg, overall, lifted a heavy weight from my shoulders. Had I known how easy it would be working with Greg, I would have turned to him for help years ago. I highly recommend Greg for estate planning.

I initially came to Greg to do my Will and Trust documents, but enjoyed working with him so much (which is crazy to say about any lawyer, lol) that I had him do contracts, pre-marital agreement, post-marital agreement, lease for an RV and much more. I have also recommended him to family to do their legal work and they've all been equally satisfied and impressed. Greg is very friendly, listens to his clients and does exceptional work.
