I am so grateful to my lawyer attorney Hatixhe Grbeshi and her team. My lawyer is the best lawyer around!! I tried and tried to find a lawyer to take my case and was turned down time after time. I was told their office couldn’t take my case because they didn’t have the bandwidth. I have a complex case because of my multiple chronic illnesses and various specialists. This didn’t stop my attorney Grbeshi from taking on my case. She actually didn’t hesitate when we spoke on the phone to take my case. She patiently explained all my options to me. I support a client with cognitive disabilities who had previously been denied many times by social security for SSI. Social Security was claiming that my client could hold full time employment when she could not. Hatixhe Grebeshi helped us finally win her case and now my client will be able to collect SSI which she has been unable to do for years! Thank you so much to Ms. Grebeshi and her team. Hatixhe is one of the few lawyers you will find that actually is very personable, responsive and empathetic. Her office has taken care of one member of my family who got approved for SSI and is now working on a second case for us. The office is very efficient at communicating with you and making the process less overwhelming. I would definitely recommend her office for anyone disabled that needs help with their case.

I consulted with Hatixhe after my husband's Social Security Disability claim was denied twice (at the initial level and at the re-consideration level). We were set to have a hearing with a judge next. Frankly, I consulted with Hatixhe in desperation. I knew we had a strong claim, but somehow we were missing something. Hatixhe was extremely kind to find the time to discuss our situation and provided many helpful tips. She was very thorough and explained the whole hearing process in greatest detail. Simply because we knew what to expect from the process, we didnt go blind into the hearing. We were well prepared and the hearing went extremely well. We were calm and focused on details that actually mattered for the judge. Shortly after, we received a positive determination. I strongly believe my consultation with Hatixhe helped with our preparation for the hearing and gave us all the possible chances for success.
