The notice arrived on a Friday; I reached out the following Monday—no response. I followed up again on Tuesday and spoke with Uriel, who said he would look into it and get back to me. I also forwarded the original notice to him, but received no reply. Days passed without any update. I followed up again via email to check if anything had been confirmed—still no response. It's now been nearly three weeks with complete silence. Unfortunately, once this firm has received payment, it seems they consider their job done—regardless of ongoing responsibilities. Communication is nonexistent, and accountability appears to be optional. I would strongly advise seeking legal support elsewhere. Good luck.
