Very professional and very thorough. Jay explains everything in a way that you can understand. He also keeps you up to date about EVERYTHING! There is no second person or Team that you have to go through to find out about your case. You deal directly with YOUR Attorney and to me that is a very personable thing. Jay is now mine and my families go to Attorney ! Too bad he doesn't do it all! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
