i've reached out to multiple law firms (mostly nicer with better reviews) and this is one out of 2 (the other has under a 3 star rating) that charges a consultation fee! $500 per hour?! i literally laughed and hung up

Absolutely amazing service, communication and genuine care

Almost 10 years ago they took my discrimination service animal case. Nothing was ever done and I think my case was dropped but I never got any notification from attorney. He was very professional and nice but when my case slowed down absolutely nothing

I can’t say enough good things about working with Kell. He made the entire process so much less stressful and was always responsive, clear, and easy to talk to. Probably the only decent lawyer in Austin. Doesn't charge for consults for EEOC-related matters, and handles all of cases on a contingency basis, so you never have to pay any money up front.

Kell is a delight to work with. He explains things in a way that's easy to understand and works hard for you. His office is very busy so they dont accept every case they have put in front of them but if youre lucky enough to have him represent you, he really puts up a fight for you and works tirelessly to get you the compensation you deserve. He is highly recommended by his peers and by me!
