This is an excellent ATTORNEY he represented my brother Glen last year on a drug and gun charge and Mr.Hart got him a year probation. And he is currently representing him now with another case. Mr Hart, Was Never on time,bad communication didn’t really make a defense on my behalf I had to basically defend myself on both of my cases wrote letters to both of my judges just to get a minimum sentence basically took my money and I still was incarcerated then didn’t not want to give me back any type of compensation because he knew deep down he didn’t do anything would not recommend if your not trying to got to jail

I had a court appointed lawyer at 1st that was offering me a 2 year probation drug court deal, for an accidental gun shooting and I don't use drugs, I fired her and hired Marc Hart, today he just got me off with 3 months probation and nothing will be on my record, like it never happened.
