Update: Mr. Kratter, I was very respectful to you, and I initially felt respect for you when I went to your office and hired you. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with your work. Even more when you have a secretary that makes your office looks bad. You know we hired you because my brother's marriage was completely broken. Anyway, thank you for your time. I cannot explain how difficult it is to deal with the secretary at this office, and I don't know if the lawyer is aware of what she is doing since we can't even speak to the lawyer, only to the secretary. The first impression when we went to the office was very good, but as time went by, it became more and more difficult to get progress on the case. In fact, the case seems to be stuck in a back and forth process and we feel that is going nowhere. I am afraid that it might end in an undesirable result that will affect my family, and this shouldn't happen.

Update: As expected, I am very disappointed with Mr. Kratter's reply. My uncle tells me that he never asked you to not talk to me. I nicely called your office one day to inform you that my uncle was not able to go to the appointment, and then I asked your secretary if I could speak to you, and she told me that yes, I can speak to you. She asked me to call you at the time of the appointment and she was going to transfer me. I had the authorization to talk to you regarding the case because my uncle gave you that authorization personally in one of our calls, and I was there. Then, your secretary took the initiative to call my uncle, and somehow, I found myself suddenly blocked from helping my family. This is very infuriating and sad. Now, what was the result of the case? He did not get divorced, and we paid you for that, and he keeps living in the basement of his house, almost blind, with inhumane living conditions as we have on video. Also, you never asked me to stop calling. I did not even call you that often. I stopped calling right after your secretary told me that I was not authorized to talk to you anymore. At that point, I knew that you were not going to help my family. By the way, I have no idea who Sara is, but I agree with her review. First review: I cannot recommend this business despite Mr. Kratter being very professional the few times I've spoken to him. The reason is that his secretary makes it very difficult for my family to get help and to help each other. It is very frustrating dealing with her, I feel that we have very limited access to the lawyer.

Professionalism - Mark maintained a calm, cool, collected attitude when he dealt with me and provided me with advice. He was also willing to tell me what I needed to hear - not just what I wanted to hear. Many attorneys won't do that. Attention to detail - Mark was very thorough with my case, and didn't let anything slip by. Shark in court - His calm, cool, and collected demeanor is just one side. He is an attack dog in court. Opposing counsel was shut down and shut up in about 5 seconds flat. And when opposing counsel stumbled, Mark immediately saw the opportunity and went in for the kill. Needless to say we won the case.

If you are such an honest person, well...first of all you would reveal your true name. So my assumption is you are a decoy acting for someone's dishonest needs and miserable interests. How pathetic you are. If you would be true person who really faced Attorney Kratter and would have really bad experience with him, as a normal person, you would state your real name and the real issue, which clearly doesn't exist. Because of people like you our society is not in a pleasant spot saying softly. Because of dishonest liars like yourself honest people have to suffer. It is alright. I am going to find you. Terrible experience. Started a case and then decided not to move forward so I asked for the remainder of my retainer back. Not only did I not receive it back, but they charged my card an additional $1300 which they claim they did not do. Amex says otherwise...There are plenty of other lawyers in the area, go with one of them
