Mark jones dealt with two cases for me. One for myself, and one for my fiancé. It was a vehicular accident case that involved the both of us. Pros about Mark- He goes for every penny you deserve. He is more than helpful. Great attitude, very sweet every time. He is very responsive and prompt on his cellphone/direct line. The office staff is prompt on giving him messages and him returning communication. He’s very thorough with explaining all the legal terms and attorney talk that the average joe would not understand! He had great rates. Cons- none. I would definitely use him again if I ever needed another attorney(but let’s hope I don’t lol). Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and outcome.
