Warning: My experience with this attorney was extremely poor. This is my third attempt to post this review after the first two were removed as “spam.” I have provided documentation confirming that I was a paying client. This review reflects my real experience.
I paid approximately $15,000 for representation in what should have been a straightforward divorce with no minor children. In return, I received very limited court appearances, poor communication, and decisions that left me financially exposed.
When opposing counsel presented information that resulted in an order against me, the matter was later reset for trial after issues came to light. However, no request for sanctions or corrective action was made on my behalf. As a result, I was forced to spend another significant amount of money retrying a case that, in my view, should not have required it. The financial impact was substantial.
Communication was one of the biggest failures. I called the office nine times, sent multiple emails, and even went in person to try to schedule a meeting. I received little to no response. Then, three days before a scheduled hearing, I received a text message demanding an additional $7,000 or she would withdraw. She ultimately withdrew the day before the hearing, leaving me without representation at a critical moment.
I filed a complaint with the State Bar. During that process, she acknowledged making a mistake. While no discipline was imposed, that does not change the financial consequences or stress I experienced.
Divorce is already one of the most difficult experiences a person can go through. In my experience, this representation added financial strain and unnecessary stress rather than protection or advocacy.
If you are considering hiring this attorney, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about billing practices, communication expectations, and withdrawal policies before signing a contract.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney
If I could give this woman 0 star, I would.
She was supposed to represent me when I was around 11 years old (I am now 26 and just found her)… She didn’t listen to me what so ever, she took my “fathers” side over mine, because money talks…
Thanks for the trauma Paige👍 by the way this was the Wooton case…
Ms. Etcheverry represented my older child in a custody battle. Ms. Etcheverry was very efficent. She never left us out of the loop of what was going on within the case, we were always prepared and ready for every single hearing. Not only was she amazing and worth every penny, her staff was also amazing and very caring aswell. I highly recommend using Ms. Etcheverry for any and all family law related cases. If needed, we will be using her again in the future!
I had the pleasure of meeting Paige, and I was truly impressed by her expertise, professionalism, and sincere dedication to her clients. She possesses an extraordinary talent for simplifying intricate legal issues into clear, digestible language, which instilled a sense of comfort and confidence during our discussions. Paige's enthusiasm for family law shines through in her attentive listening, thoughtful explanations of options, and unwavering commitment to her clients' best interests. Whether addressing prenuptial agreements, mediation, or sensitive matters like restraining orders, I felt completely at ease sharing my personal concerns with her. The exceptional service I received from Paige and her team, particularly from Kelly, one of her paralegals, was remarkable. From the moment I entered the office, Kelly fostered an environment filled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She consistently went the extra mile to ensure that every interaction was smooth and stress-free, whether it involved scheduling meetings, providing updates, or simply offering a friendly smile and engaging conversation. Kelly served as a dependable point of contact and a soothing presence during what can often be a daunting legal journey. What truly distinguishes Paige is her meticulous attention to detail, empathy, and unwavering commitment to client comfort. She anticipated my needs before I even expressed them, ensuring I always felt informed and supported. It is evident that Paige takes immense pride in delivering exceptional client service, a quality that positively reflects on her entire firm.
Hiring Paige was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was facing false allegations and dealing with a hostile, abusive ex. From day one, Paige believed in me, took the time to understand the full story, and fought relentlessly in court to make sure the truth came out.
Not only did Paige help me obtain full custody of my daughter, but also secured a restraining order that gave us both the safety and peace we desperately needed. Paige and her teams knowledge of domestic violence law and custody issues was unmatched—they were calm, confident, and assertive in court.
Every call and email was returned quickly, and I always felt like a priority. If you're dealing with a toxic or dangerous situation and need someone who won’t back down, Paige is who I would recommend.
I will forever appreciate all they did. Thank you for giving me and my daughter a fresh start.
Paige Etcheverry and her team were absolutely phenomenal in representing my adult son during his custody case. They were incredibly diligent, well-prepared, and kept our family informed every step of the way. Paige made herself available whenever we needed, always with grace and professionalism. I’m deeply grateful for the outcome their hard work achieved. Custody cases can be emotionally exhausting, but Paige and her team helped make this journey as positive as possible.
I could go on for days about Mrs Etchivery and Mrs Kelly!! my ex had a less expensive/experienced lawyer and the difference was astronomical. Not to mention she pushed untill we got a trial, she went through years of evidence to establish a history she fought so hard for me and let nothing slide when she found out he was lying on the stand she tore him apart. She prepared me for what was going to happen and in the end the judge was able to see a very clear picture of the truth. no one won because we are all losers in family court but my kids walked away more protected by a very broken system. Mrs. Kelly is. A Godsend when you are going through this. Every one in her office staff was always so kind and supportive.
I got to say, I am NOT happy with results. Filed in 2020 for divorce, took 3 years. Waited for paperwork from courts, never received. I contacted the office, they said oh it's done. Went for child support 3 times, each time paying more, Paige said sign this, you shouldn't have to owe any back pay. Wrong!! I relayed that to Paige, she said she would look it over. Never heard anything back about it. I paid up front cash. She missed a court date, office did not inform me. Court went forward, at least I could of showed on my behalf. I ended up negotiating with my Ex wife on splitting possessions after 2.5 years into proceedings. In the end,I was supposed to receive 2K from marriage. I texted Paige's office. They said they can represent me for that. A retainer fee of 8K was needed. I was like what??? So, my personal experience was negative with this lawyer.

Paige is very professional and thorough. My petition was approved fairly quick. Paige knows the process and gave us the security we need. I highly recommend this firm and her personally. Great job. The whole office was very friendly and helpful. I was blessed to have her representing us.
Friendly law firm.
I had been contracted to assess/appraise property belonging to a husband and wife going through a divorce.
My agreed-upon fee was to be covered equally by both sides. While the client of this firm settled their share of the fee immediately, the other side completely ghosted on their part
This firm went above and beyond to cover the difference owed to me, so I was made whole.
Thanks for doing the right thing!
