I have limited experience, but from what I have seen so far, my lawyer is one of the best I have encountered in NY (and I have had dealings with many dozens [not bragging]).

Attorney Chris Pashler is someone you should definitely consider for your disability case. Chris helped me win a near impossible disability case for Mitochondrial disease. If anyone deals with, or knows anything about this disease, they know the struggles of the pain on the inside, but looking fine on the outside. Its called an "invisible disease." So many people, including judges, do not aways understand what we actually go through in our life. I won't go into all the details of what an extremely DIFFICULT case this was for Chris, but he had many obstacles in his way. Many things were not coming together from the doctors the way they should have on time, and he definitely had a few other sidesteps that he had to go through and argue on my behalf. But he fought and worked so hard to prove what I had been going through for YEARS, with the information from the records that I personally had, and from talking to me and LISTENING to what I had been going through. I am a very stressed person, I will admit. So I didn't always think things were going to play out, but Chris kept me level headed and never made any promises. He does have a calming nature about him and in turn kept me as calm as I could be under the circumstances. There were some up and down moments for sure with my feelings about how things were going, and how things were going to turn out, but I assure you... he has got your back! The hard work he puts into your case, and into you is worth it. Answering any question I had at any time, calling me back with in a very short time, if not immediately at times, and E-mailing me and returning e-mails nearly right away. It was close personal attention. And what kind of lawyer have you ever heard of that gives you that kind of close personal attention? I think thats very hard to find. You will find it in his firm for sure! I did have to be patient at times and remember I was not his only client, lol, but rest assured... I felt like it most of the time. And I had to remember that he had my back, even when I was a wreck! ...He had it under control! I know everyone gets nervous and doubtful during a case at one time or another... It is a timely and stressful process, but with Chris, and even with the help of his wife Kathleen and their secretary Hannah, I always felt at ease and well taken care of. They are proof that you don't need a fancy office and a bunch of attorneys working for you to make a great a great choice in representing you. I believe it makes a better choice, because they really take the time for you, care about you, and most importantly... They put everything they have in it to win it for you!! I am so appreciative of Chris and all that he did for me, and highly recommend him to be your choice for your disability attorney. I feel VERY blessed that he was sent my way! Case won September 2024 Thank you Chris, and the office of Pashler & Devereaux.

I had the pleasure of working with Kathleen, although I did meet Chris and he was very friendly as well. I preface this with saying my autistic son had been denied SSI about 5 times prior to coming to this office. I knew that I had a lot stacked up against me due to the previous denials and the fact that this firm typically doesn't handle children's cases. However, that did not stop Kathleen from taking on my son's case and working very diligent to get the best outcome. She stayed in touch with me on a regular basis and never hesitated to answer my millions of questions anytime of the day. After 2 long years from the begging application process to the end court hearing, the judge found my son fully favorable with benefits. I owe this all to Kathleen and her hard work/accuracy. She got my son the benefits he was entitled too along with back pay going back to when we originally filed. I highly recommend anyone that is having difficulty with the SSA system or previous denials to give them a call!

These are the most honest lawyers I have ever meet. They understand what it is to be with a disability, how hard and time consuming the process is, how impotence you feel with the complete process, very knowledgeable and most important they take the time you need as a client to explain everything for you to understand

I'm happy to be adding yet another 5-star "Fully Favorable" review to the Law Offices of Pashler and Devereaux. Are you reading this because you're at your wits end with your Disability application? I'm here to tell you, do not pass by on this firm. Please, call and speak with them. Find out what it is like to experience personal attention. Focus. Detail. And ultimately, as it was for me: a successful outcome. I wish the same for you. I worked with Kathleen Devereaux in July/August 2021, and while we never even met in person due to the Pandemic situation, she was able to proceed with 100% effectiveness. Also of note: aspects of my case seemed off-putting to other lawyers, but Kathleen did not shy away. I'm forever grateful to her for her efforts on my behalf. She helped me in my time of utter desperation. Thank you, Kathleen!

Kathleen is excellent. I am sure her husband is too; I just did not have a chance to work with him directly on my case. Highly recommend. You are in good hands here, just do what they tell you to do. Direct, honest, respectful service here.

I had several factors working against me, when seeking disability benefits (age, an unfamiliar medical condition, and prior application issues). Chris Pashler helped me to achieve a fully favorable outcome for disability benefits. He listened, was kind and compassionate, and honest and direct with what to expect. He was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to calls or emails. I'm extremely grateful for all of the work that he did to help me and my family.
