I don't recommend him for Cosmetic Surgery malpractice. There are a lot more better lawyers who are knowlegeable and accomplished in OC to choose from.

Great experience talking to the attorney on the phone. While he didn't take my case because it wasn't specifically in his wheelhouse, he did provide a couple of referrals, was a good listener, and offered advice and insight into the process. Probably one of the better first contacts I've had with a business and that includes non law firms with "customer service." If Paul is as good at presenting cases for his clients as he is in initial interaction, I think his clients are in good hands.

To: Attorney Paul W. Ralph My name is Anita R.Hynds. I live at 4241 Dorthea St. Yorba Linda.CA 92886. On 3/12/23 there was a Christmas festival in Yorba Linda My “Downtown” many people attended. It was organized by the Department of Parks and Recreations. It was in the evening. Each vendor had lights. I tripped on the electric cables that were lying on the ground. Several people scream “someone fell down” and run trying to help me to get up.There were no lights or security signs in that area. I was walking with my son and his girlfriend. I had whiplash, bump my head and concussion as a result I was vomiting. A week later I went to see the area where I fell. There is the “Food Bank”, and a small Parking lot. I found out that the Public Works never walk around or by negligence never care about it. They did a very poor job with the cement.It has cracks, and holes. It is the center of the downtown where hundreds of people walk during the day. There are new and old businesses behind the Bank of America, and the Baptist Church. On the side is the new Parking Structure. I could see the ground. It was not safe at all, and because of that I had an abrasion, a bloody scrape on the palm of my hands, and on my knees. Had bruises on both of my wrists, my neck was swollen, I couldn’t turn around. Several days later I had terrible pain on my spine and all over my body. I couldn’t walk anymore. I went to UCI Medical Center. They took me X-rays. Then I was seen by my Primary Doctor. He prescribed pain pills, anti-inflammatory, and so on. To see a therapist.

Friday October 20: Left a voicemail and no response. Called back on Monday Oct 23 left another voicemail.

Great attorney and just a standup man. He took the time to actually talk to me, heard me out without interrupting and then gave me great professional advice. I called seven other law firms and was never able to talk to an attorney. If I ever need personal injury lawyer I’m definitely going to him because he’s a real human being and a true professional - very rare things these days especially in Orange County California.
