Peter represented me in a claim against my financial advisor regarding over concentration of my portfolio in junk REITs. He has access to a top expert analyst and witness for these types of matters. Throughout the process he kept me informed and kept moving the case along. We decided to settle the suit in mediation and he was very good at negotiating the final award. Overall it was the best that I could ask for in a difficult situation. I highly recommend him if your financial advisor has taken advantage of you.
