So far, my experience has been positive. While I haven’t had direct contact with the attorney yet, I understand that attorneys can be very busy. My case is straightforward— the firm has sent the necessary letter, and we are waiting for a response to the deposition (the defense) before proceeding to court for a slip-and-fall case. Since state statutes allow up to two years before a court appearance becomes necessary, it appears the opposing party may be delaying in an attempt to mitigate damages or wait for external factors to impact the case. This incident occurred in 2024, so the timeline is still within the statutory limits (the amount of time Texas give a plaintiff to file a law suit) That said, the attorney’s staff has been incredibly professional, straightforward, and understanding, which I truly appreciate. Their efficiency and clarity in communication have made the process much smoother. Compared to other firms in the area.

As a colleague from the Midwest, I sought Mr. Castellano's counsel on a rather technical and delicate issue on an interstate matter. I needed someone familiar with the legal community and practices and did not know him at all. Of course, I read his webpage and references before doing so, and I (I am considerably senior to Mr. Castellanos in tenure) have dealt with many attorneys over the years, and he confirmed all I had read about him in professionalism and efficiency, as well as courtesy and kindness to a stranger to whom he had no obligation to assist. It has been said that the true measure of a man is how he treats people who can do absolutely nothing for him. I commend him without reservation to clients and colleagues alike. James P.
