Terrible experience. He serves as the public administrator for Tulare County and he should just stick to one job because you will never get a hold of him. You know how greedy lawyers can be. I have been trying to reach him for three days now with no success. He has gotten paid his commission and therefore thinks he has no obligation to pay me out from my own mother's estate. Very unprofessional.

Estate planning can be very intimidating because it isn't something you were taught about in school and it means dealing with who gets what stuff when you leave this earth. But it is something every one needs to do. Don't let the Courts do it for you. Mr. Sherwood has walked us through this process and asked the right questions and answers ours to help us figure out where our stuff goes and how it gets there. He listens and guides us and does not make decisions for us, even when's we wished he would. He gives us great information and insite about avenues we can take, but we are always the decision makers. So pleased he was recommended to us.
