My brother was the client of Simmons law and I would rate the experience I witnessed him get a 2/5. The only good thing about this firm is that they are affordable and don’t try to charge a lot of money for their time. The down fall about it is that you get what you paid for. The law firm MUST work on communication. In order to speak with someone you have to call a thousand times or wait 3-4 days for an email back. Preparations before court was a mess as we only met HOURS before the court hearing. I am not sure if that’s how it is suppose to go but it was a mess. In court it seemed as if the lawyer wanted to do what was easier for him and not of the interest of his client or what he was in court for.

Normally, I do not respond to reviews, but for some reason, I decided to respond to your review.<br>I have been practicing law for almost fifty (50) years, and, I do so because I have enjoyed the practice of law. It is not a money thing with me. I practice law because, for me, the practice of law provides a chance to do righteousness for the sake of righteousness. That is Godliness. Most people say I am not very religious, but I have to explain to them that one should not seek being religious – but Godly. <br>My job is to be successful at doing what is in the best interest of my clients. Sometimes, my clients and I disagree on what is in their best interest. After discussion, most of my clients come to agree with my assessment of their situation, and, we proceed as I have recommended.<br>I have a lot of clients. Consequently, I may not be able to move on a case as fast as some other cases. And, I tell people who come to me for representation that if you need your work done faster than I can provide your end product – move your “ “ on.<br>Anyway Jeanine, I appreciate your review, and, maybe one of these days we can meet and we discuss each of our perspectives on life. I have talked to a lot of young people through the years, and, when I get a chance to talk to a young person (I assume you are a young person) I enjoy discussions regarding betterment of people.<br>With me, you will get more than what you pay for whether you like it or not.<br>Be safe and remain prosperous.<br>SSS
