After 2 years we finally received results our final results for FOIA and U.S Customs and Border Protection (CBP) records. Law Offices of Steven R. Espinoza communication is very poor and expensive for the service they give to the people. For the records we paid about 3,300 and that was only for the fingerprints but money is not the issue it was the service they waited 1 month to notify us that records were completed . Calling the office for updates was also a problem since sometimes they wouldn’t answer the phone and attitude was very rude when asking for updates on the process. I would recommend looking for another lawyer with good communication skills and reliable service.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to this amazing team of professionals.
To everyone who works there, without exception, for their kindness and sincerity.
A special thank you to two people who helped and prepared me: Anaiz Gómez, a true professional who inspires confidence and security, is kind, and full of energy; and Melanie Meda, for her invaluable help, professionalism, and wonderful personality.
Thank you all, and I repeat, without exception, to everyone. Thank you!
A very good lawyer.
Yes, quite expensive, but worth it.
Unlike many, I did see Mr. Espinoza several times throughout my case.
Several lawyers rejected my case.
I had a deportation order due to a DUI, and he took my case.
After 8 years of court cases and work permits, he finally granted me my residency.
Like me, he fixed the papers for several family members.
Of course, each case is different, and obviously, he won't be present in all of them.
I think that's why he has a bar of lawyers who work for him.
I personally recommend him.
Yes, he's expensive, but very, very efficient.
We went because a friend said he was helped by Mr. Espinoza. We never saw him. I’m giving them a 2 star review because after almost $6, 000 and looking at the papers they received I figured that they knew within 6 months that our case would not proceed. The pretended to have to “investigate” further, but it was just more money. As I look at the case file and read carefully, and look at all the dates and there is nothing dated later than 6 months. They made us wait until we called to get an appointment claiming the were about to call. Over a year to say our case wouldn’t proceed. Now Mr. Espinoza retired, but the person keeping the business is the one we talked to the whole time.
I know every case is different, but yes! My husband was charged a lot of money for nothing; he didn't solve any of his problems. And it's true, Steven Espinoza is just his name; you never see him there. The work is done by someone else, maybe even someone without experience.
I had an excellent experience working with the Law Offices of Steven Espinoza on my immigration case. From the initial consultation to the final approval of my permanent resident visa, Steven and his team were there every step of the way. They were knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how big or small.
What truly stood out was their level of communication and personal attention. I never felt lost in the process — they explained each step clearly and kept me informed throughout. Anytime I had concerns, I received timely updates and honest guidance, which made a complicated process much easier to manage.
Thanks to their hard work and support, I successfully received my resident visa and, later, my permanent status. Now, I am a United States Citizen. I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication and expertise. If you’re looking for a trustworthy immigration attorney who will truly advocate for you, I highly recommend Steven Espinoza and his team.
Highly Recommended!
The best lawyer, very honest and professional. Thank you, lawyer, for helping me with my residency case. It was a success. Excellent work! 👌 Highly recommended! 💯🙏
