Honestly, I didn't like their service at all, I don't recommend it. It lasted 3 years because of an accident case and they only spoke to me 3 times. I always had to speak to them; they didn't provide a translator. And for the compensation they gave me, I would have been better off doing it myself; I would have gotten more in less time. Or maybe it's because I don't speak English that this was the result.

Hi Maria,<br><br>We are sorry you feel this way about our service and the outcome you received. There are several reasons why a case may take some time to resolve, including yours. Insurance companies (and eventually courts) require complete records to evaluate a claim, and missing documents can significantly reduce the value of your case or delay payment later. And, due to your complex injuries, if we resolve your case too early, we risk undervaluing it. We needed a complete picture of your injuries, future care needs, and permanent effects to demand full compensation. And, unfortunately, delay is a standard insurance strategy. They know financial pressure increases the chance of a lower settlement, and we don’t want you settling for less than you deserve.<br><br>Ultimately, we were able to obtain the at-fault driver's full policy limits for you. We understand that you were not happy with the portion of compensation paid directly to you. But, you failed to protect yourself by not having any insurance, and (to your chagrin) your medical providers deserved to be paid something for treating your injuries.<br><br>We understand that you believe that you "would have gotten more in less time." The fact that you fail to understand these concepts -- including having your own insurance in place such as PIP/UIM to protect yourself when the other driver has insufficient insurance coverage -- strongly suggests to us that your belief is inaccurate. Opinions . . . well, everyone has one.<br><br>We wish you well.
I really appreciated how easy it was to work with Victor and Angie. They were both so nice and helpful during an incredibly stressful time in my life. They made a really daunting thing so much easier and I would recommend any accident victim reach out to them for help.

The minute I hired Victor I felt well represented as I went through a terrible road rage incident. Angie was so helpful and supportive which put my mind at rest knowing they would fight for every right I have. No such thing as perfect but this was very close to that. I was the passenger in traffic accident and received some long term injuries. After four years I am still experiencing the lasting effects. I was referred to Torres & Haroldson by a friend. They were very up front, honest and generally concerned, not only about my case, but about my well being. It was a long process but they kept me updated as we went along. They were very knowledgeable and thorough and I believe they were able to reach the best possible outcome. They always found time to talk with me and answer any questions I had during the process. I called looking for a Social Security Disability lawyer. She said they don't do the disability claims but was very helpful in taking the time to giving me the names of a few lawyers that could help.

Office is very close to where I live, which is great.
