Unprofessional paralegals (Mason Chen) that are not versed in service of process and lack common etiquette. Here is a direct email account of Mr. Chen disputing an invoice after service was properly made on the city and county of San Francisco.... *Please note the Dispute of $15 copy charges which the City and County of San Francisco demands on every subpoena served. We advance these fees as a courtesy to our clients. "Thanks for the reminder. However, as I explained there are several issues with regards to your invoice would have to be resolved before making a prompt payment. Please kindly defer the due date until these disputable issues are resolved. Thanks." "We will NOT pay for your so-called “$15 advance fees” deviating from “waiting time” or “finance charges.” Period." "However, I am perplexed despite my detailed explanation that there’s basis to charge “waiting time” as $75 for process serving covers 3 attempts you forwarded me an invoice now to augment by adding the so-called “$15 +%10 Advancement” for “waiting time,” which is quite frankly absurd, unless you would change the rate from process serving to messengering plus waiting time and $9 for printing out the paperwork." Mr. Chen should be ashamed of himself. With a Plethora of Law Firms to choose from in the Bay Area.... Stay away from this one.

Terrible customer service. This person named Billy keeps on saying "I see" and doesn't resolve my problem.
