What I find a little disheartening is back in 7/21 we meet with Brian T Tracy. He was part of the Elder Law and estate planning center. He is now retired I believe. He was actually was very nice to deal with and the firm he represented was outstanding . Unfortunately they sold our living Trust without our consent to Lawyer Lisa. This practice seems completely unethical and just wrong. We were never consulted about this move from either parties.

My wife and I had a very good experience with the law firm of Lawyer Lisa. The receptionist was warm, welcoming and efficient. We came in to update our trust and related documents. Our attorney, Don Garbade, explained everything patiently and in language a layman can understand. We would recommend this firm to anyone needing legal advice.

I researched for a few months for a lawyer to update our wills, trusts, and power of attorney. We decided on Lawyer Lisa based on the excellent reviews they had received. So happy we went with them. Hey folks was concerned about our future of our elder complications and entrusted our estate planning to Ms. Stephanie w/Lawyer Lisa’s firm and so glad we did because now we are convinced our future is protected from probate and our legacy won’t be affected by any courts or agency and that’s worth much more than we forked over for these services. No question went unanswered or attended to. Thanks to all who helped make our experience virtually stress free.

I worked with the LawyerLisa Bluffton team to do a complete estate plan upon relocating to SC this year. What a great experience. Lawyers Stephanie and Don and team made a real effort to simplify, cut through the legalese and be responsive without making me and my wife feel stupid. A welcome change versus other estate lawyers we've worked with!

We had put off updating our will and needed to put our home in trust, we chose LisaLawyer and was very pleased with Don Garbade Associate Attorney who handled our request with Our Health care proxy, and Power of Attorney.
