Amanda did an excellent job of keeping everyone informed of what information was needed and in what time frame. This transaction included a foreign seller and that was handled with ease. Judy was excellent with her explanation of the Closing Statement for the buyers and how to handle taxes in the future and making sure they were comfortable with their recent purchase.
