Fantastic service Highly recommend

called two days ago about information about a divorce. They’re set an appointment for me at the last minute said it had a $50 cost. Which I paid I had to wait until they’re confirm and look up my information took a few minutes. When I have the consultation the lawyer was no help she was rushing me and gave me no help with this topic. It sad I paid $50 for help and I received none.

After calling the office to book a consultation with Natalie. She briefed me on the the proceedings for my particular case. I felt comfortable with the detailed guidance that I've received and decided to move forward with this firm for my case. The office is very responsive every time that I've reached out with a question regarding my case. They took $5,000 cash and dropped me because I didn't pay the ad litem fee or process server fee in time . This totaled to $500-800 , ( they did not hire the ad item yet or the process server) they wanted me to hurry up and pay so they could hire. I told then I needed time and my father passed away and I had a new born baby. I assumed since I paid 5000 already as a flat rate they would give me some time . It wouldn't make a difference in there case because they already got paid 5,000 and didn't hire them yet so what's wrong with just waiting? They ended up dropping me shortly after a year goes by and I start talking to other probate attorneys( 3 to be exact ) and they looked at what I gave them and they stated that it was wrong what they did and for 5,000 they got paid they shouldn't have dropped me and to them " nothing " was really done on my case according to those attorneys. I talked to the ad litem they left in an old email and she told me the same thing . She stated she has done dozens of cases and never had an attorney do that . I was recommended to file a lawsuit since they do not even want to give me a partial refund since it states that in the contract " no refunds ". I will be filing a law suit as I found 7 other people I was able to contact in the last 2 days that experienced the same issue . Most of their Google reviews are fake if you go on their yelp page they are a 1 star . So sad they think they can get away with ripping people off . I will also be reporting the attorneys to the bar
