Throughout the process, they answered any and all questions that came up for me, and once i provided them with the initial accident information they took over the case and managed every detail. Jocelyn and Raya were particularly helpful and communicative! Overall, I could not be happier with the experience and I highly recommend!

After being rear ended and injured by a uninsured/unlicensed driver, my insurance company of 30 years barely gave me enough to cover the cost of my totaled Audi, and even though I had uninsured motorist coverage, they never offered to help with my towing expenses and medical bills.
