I had a really good experience working with Alan. He was very helpful and took the time to look into an issue I was dealing with related to medical billing. Things were confusing on my end, but he was patient, professional, and helped get everything sorted out. I really appreciated that he actually took the time to review the situation and communicate with the providers when needed. Legal matters can be stressful, but having someone knowledgeable who is willing to step in and help makes a big difference. I’m grateful for his support and the help he provided.
