I have to say, Ledford & Associates are the best! I was referred to them by a gentleman that I was having a conversation with about my situation, so gave them a call, I’m so glad that I did, I sat down with Paul & explain my situation, & he said no problem, I’ll take care of you. It was a painless process, he literally took it & ran with it, I didn’t have to do anything, he’s great with communicating with you as the process goes through, I got my judgment awarded & I couldn’t be more happy with their service. Also his staff is wonderful! Very down to earth firm, by the way, great price. If I had to use this firm again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Don't waste your money. Paid $7,000.00 in cash and still have not received a court date. Only thing I ever received was a padded bill for services that were never rendered. Alway's has an excuse for the lack of his service 🙄 ..Very unprofessional and should be reported to the bar association 🗯 😡

None of this is true. We have been in court; while the result was not as much as what she wished for, we did obtain a result in her favor in court; I took the matter over after she had already had a trial and therefore had no control or opportunity to effect the original litigation, which has seriously restricted the options available to her in the post-litigation phase. We have pursued on her behalf all of the options available to her by law at this stage of the matter, which, at the onset of the representation, I indicated were limited. We have also handled other non-litigation matters for her that arose out of the actions of the individual she originally sued, again with some limited success due the length of time that occurred before our office became involved. Lesson: get an attorney involved EARLY on in your matter, don't try to represent yourself and then assign blame when someone attempts to clean up and assist you after the fact.

My late mother-n-law, sick with dementia, made an extremely poor investment decision prior to her death. Our family made several attempts to resolve the issue ourselves to no avail. Knowing this was a civil matter, I finally did a Google search for civil attorneys in my area and Ledford & Associates came up. After reading through several reviews, I called and made an appointment. Paul was amazing, and I left the appointment feeling hopeful for the first time in years. Paul communicated with me diligently throughout the entire process and resolved the matter for us in less than 2 months. A matter our family had been trying to resolve ourselves for 5 years! Thank you, Paul, for helping make things right for my late mother-n-law, and for giving our family the closure we needed.
