Reached out for my mom, they called her and just said sorry we can’t help and hung up on her. No goodbye, no have a nice day, nothing. That is very unprofessional!

I have enjoyed Franci being my attorney everybody there was very respectful and understandable I will continue and I hope she continues to be my attorney.
