Very nice and knowledgeable on the subject of landlord tenant .

They are unresponsive, arrogant, and typical government bureaucratic tax money drainers, devoid of empathy. You get voice mails almost every time you call. When you are able to finally reach a live person, she told you flatly, someone will call you whenever, no timeline, two weeks, three weeks. It's an organization staffed by people who don't care about seniors or people in need. Another organization that is incapable of helping people who needs help. They are there for a pay check, that's all.

Just called me once...Someone was supposed to get back to me...Not good Service!....They need more help!

This place is not helpful at all for any serious problems with senior legal representation especially when it comes to large insurance companies stealing money from Seniors. You could do better by calling the Boy Scouts of America rather than this place the only reason I selected one star is because there was no option to select no stars

I was having legal time sensitive issues ,the legal staff,while working from home,were able to provide the referrals that proved effective. I spoke to 7 different legal support organizations- this one proved best

So far the this place has a zero they are less than a zero if I don't get a respond and get what I need out of them I'm taking them to court

Ms. Brady is so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. I recommend anyone with a Senior in their life that needs Legal or Medical support and advice to call them!!! They are the Best!!
