Great representation. No hidden agenda . Straight forward!
They are great at getting harrassing calls from debt collectors. They have already settled two accounts for me. One was paid off and removed from my credit report. The other was paid off and I received a payment for their harrassement as well. You do not have to pay the lawyers any money upfront.

I bought a 2024 GMC Canyon, started having problems with the electrical system, screens would go black while driving. Had 3 cameras replaced in vehicle because the distance warning system wasn’t working properly, still did fix the problem.so I hire Lemberg Law to help me out. Lemberg Law did a excellent job on getting me a settlement.

They made everything so easy! I sent them screenshots of all the times credit one called me, and then I didn’t hear from them for about 6 months, and they called me with a settlement offer! And it was an extremely fair offer! Definitely recommend!

Lemberg Law did an awesome job of getting me a settlement from the finance company who was holding the note on my auto loan but the lending institution ended up repossessing the vehicle out of retaliation.

Richard: thanks for the feedback. After we successfully settled your case, you continued to be late on payments. <br><br>The later repossession by the auto lender had nothing to do with retaliation. After receiving your settlement funds, payments on the Westlake auto loan stopped, the account became seriously delinquent , and Westlake lawfully repossessed the collateral under the terms of the loan contract. <br><br>We successfully resolved the case we were hired for. Unfortunately, we can’t prevent repossession you stop paying the loan. Quite simply, that's not our fault and way outside our ability to prevent.<br><br>

I thought that we would split the settlement but that didn't happen. And I signed an agreement that had not been honored and it's been months! The charges are still on my credit!!

The settlement agreement you signed did not include any provision to “split” the settlement savings with you. It was a standard debt settlement of an FDCPA case. But in addition, we successfully settled and THREE SEPARATE CREDIT CARD accounts permanently deleted them from all three credit bureaus. Plus you got cash in your pocket.<br><br>We’re happy to pull your latest credit reports together and go over everything line-by-line (at no additional charge) so there is zero confusion about what was settled and what (if anything) is still reporting.<br><br>Please call or text me directly at 203.653.2250 x5500.
