I had a very disappointing experience with this law office. I was rear-ended in a car accident (not at fault) on Saturday morning and reached out to them right after filing a police report. Someone took my information and told me they would follow up. A few hours after the accident, I went to the ER for X-rays and was advised to see an orthopedic specialist. Later that evening, one of their lawyers called me and assured me that he and his team would handle my case. He asked me to send over some documents, which I did right away. Two days later, I’m still in pain and waiting for guidance, only to get a call saying they can’t take my case and want to refer me to another lawyer—someone I didn’t ask for and who doesn’t even have a good reputation. This was extremely frustrating and felt very misleading. They wasted 3 days of my time when I needed real help and clear direction. I expected better communication and professionalism, especially from a firm that claims to specialize in car accident injuries.
