Within the last 2 months I phoned this law firm asking if they would review a potential bad-faith warranty company claim. Spoke with a female employee in the litigation department who asked appropriate questions and committed to a return call within a week. No response was ever received despite multiple repeat voice messages over several weeks and an email. My wife and I had previously used this firm twice for estate planning and probate representation for a deceased relative. The service was excellent. The service provided by the litigation department was clearly avoidant, unprofessional and insulting. A simple ‘yes or no’ response was all that was required.
