Called Leventhal Puga Braley about a potential case I had questions about. The details were a little bit complicated and lacking clarity. I was called by Adrian Johnson. Adrian went through the details of my medical situation in depth, he asked me specific questions and helped narrow down what the case would be should it be pursued. He spent 40 minutes on the phone with me discussing my issue. He was extremely patient, comforting and thorough. Ultimately it was determined that even with areas which could be brought before a jury and potentially awarded it would likely be far more cost invasive than the return would be. He advised me to follow up if further testing or other professionals dictated that there was medical malpractice. I cannot speak highly enough of even this 40 minute call. Where I had other firms just reject me without any further questioning, even with already having a lot of the details in email, Adrian took time to ensure I understood the true potential of my situation both in a positive and negative light. It’s nice to feel like you have “a guy” for needs that you may or may not have. I left this call knowing that if I ever have further issues I dont need to look elsewhere. They have earned my respect and my business.

Promised many times they would call back or email me to schedule a follow up consult due to changing circumstances. They did not follow up one time, but I did every week for a number of weeks in a row. It wasn't excessive. Instead of keeping their word, they blocked my number. Pretty unreal and wouldn't recommend a firm like this.

I had a vey bad first time Experience so I would not refer Elizabeth Bonnett very unprofessional and act like she running things she even block My number because I ask to have her manger reach ME if not I’ll call tomorrow so she did not tell him I call the next day I was blocked very very Racist and unprofessional. I received your message from my receptionist. We are unable to assist you because the statute of limitations is likely to run in August, and we do not have time to fully vet your claim. Further, it came to my attention that you were accusing my staff of being unable to do their jobs, and we have a no-tolerance policy for that behavior at our firm. I approached this firm after a very devastating time in my life. We met in person to discuss the possibilites of having a case. I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty of what would lie ahead. Jim Puga was the lead attorney, he was direct and thorough, and gave me the facts and potential outcomes. Dan Lipman was the other attorney on this case, and he was also very professional and personable, and worked hard to get all the information needed. It was not an easy decision for me to move forward with the case, it was a very stressful and emotional time for me. We had our 10 days in court, and the odds landed in our favour, due to the very dilegent lawers. I should also mention the office staff was very responsive and helpful during this time as well, so much paperwork and documentation that had to be prepared and they were all very helpful. I wish I had negotiated the lawyer fees a bit more, as we had to stay in hotels the entire 10 days court was in session. So the hotel fees for 2 lawyers and meals were added on, which was a large expense to my settlement. In the end I was pleased with the outcome, even though what was lost can never be replaced.

These are the type that could stop, watch you get knifed in the back, walk over you, and do nothing.
