I am the guardian of a disabled woman who had stroke after falling in a nursing home. Levin & Perconti filed the injury claim and got us an award. The trial attorney Megan O'Connors, her Team and also the Settlement Team were all very helpful and professional. They went out of the way to help us. I would recommend this firm to anybody looking for justice for injury claims.

Wasn't impressed, make sure you ask if they will represent you for malpractice and you share the same definition, they have varing degrees of what they consider malpractice. Second law firm took the case no problem, based on the same malpractice they denied me on. The lady was polite and respectful.

I contacted this law firm to assist my mother and I. She was in a nursing facility. She had bedsores, her hospital paperwork said malnourished, she fell and had a head contusion in April 2025, 2 UTI’s, someone who works for the the facility stole her money, her coat came up missing. When my mom complained her butt was hurting she said they told her she was “crazy”. This law firm declined to assist us, if she were a white woman they would have jumped on the case. Looking for an attorney find someone else.

I called this firm with two potential cases for them. I was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. I have yet to hear back from anyone. It's been over a week. If this is any indication of what it would be like under their representation, I'll pass.
