Very helpful with questions. Made the process very easy. The only downside I would note is that I never actually spoke with my lawyer. Always spoke with associates. However, all in all a great experience.
My overall experience was a good one. They got my disability approved. The only thing I would say bothered me was that I never actually got to speak directly with my attorney. When I called with any questions they were answered by the receptionist or who ever answered my call. I did though get my benefits which I'm grateful for.

Wow rude! I called to get information about getting ssi for my disabled son and she asked me how much I made and said it is a needs based program. I didn’t even get to respond before she hung up on me just like that.

Right from the start they have been on top of making sure all documents are received, they follow up regularly through phone or email on top of regular mail, and they're very professional. I am very pleased with the service that I received over the last couple of years right down to how they represented me in court. I highly recommend using them for your disability case.
