You must listen carefully! THIS IS A LIFE PLAN, NOT JUST A LEGAL ONE! You must also apply their step by step process. In other words, you are going to have to do some work for them to provide what it is your ultimate goal. Don't get it mixed up. The legal part is basically the easy part. PLEASE DON'T WRITE SOMETHING NEGATIVE IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DO THE WORK. It is some work. They cannot do it all by you just handing them MONEY!
Owner response
Dear Lon, thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. We truly appreciate you highlighting that our approach is a 'LifePlan' rather than just a legal one. We are grateful for the opportunity to help you achieve your retirement goals. Thank you for placing your trust in Life Point Law!
I am pleased to say I first met Rajiv Nagaich 20 years ago. I've been guided by him through the years on how to plan for a successful retirement and how to avoid institutional care as well as not becoming a burden to my family. Rajiv has been extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend Life Point Law .
I set up a appointment to discuss my issue with attorney N.N Mensa at 2pm and they have me waiting over 30mins and that person never showed up (no even in the building) Don’t waste your time with this place
Owner response
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating that must have been.

To clarify, N.N. Mensa is not directly employed by our law firm. They are an independent attorney who occasionally rents office space in our building to meet with their own clients. Our firm does not schedule, manage, or supervise their appointments.

That said, we take our reputation and the experience of anyone visiting our office seriously. We regret that this situation occurred in our space and encourage you to contact the attorney directly regarding the missed appointment.

If you have any questions about our firm or services, we’re happy to assist.
Our experience with Life Point Law has been extremely stressful and deeply disappointing. Rajiv took advantage of our father during a time when he was under significant distress and highly vulnerable. His conduct was manipulative and, in our view, demonstrates serious ethical concerns regarding his treatment of elderly clients.
During what was supposed to be a consultation, Rajiv persuaded our father to write a check for $20,000 without providing a receipt or clear explanation of services. He also had our father sign a fee agreement — which we did not receive a copy of until nearly a month later, and only after we terminated his services. When we finally obtained the documents, they were filled with errors and appeared unprofessional.
We believe Rajiv’s actions constitute elder exploitation — both emotional and financial — and we hope that others who have had similar experiences will come forward. Accountability is essential so that no other family has to endure this kind of harm.
Owner response
Kim, we’re sorry to hear that your experience with our firm was stressful and did not meet your expectations. We understand how important clarity and trust are during an already emotional time, and we regret any confusion or disappointment that may have occurred.

We do strive to have a clear process between us and potential clients from start to finish. Most people begin by attending one of our free public seminars, where we explain our services, philosophy, and pricing in detail. From there, those who wish to meet individually can schedule a two-hour consultation with a Planner.

During that consultation, the attorney reviews any intake materials and documents provided, discusses the person’s situation, and outlines tailored legal options and price points. If the client decides to move forward, the consultation fee is applied toward future services, and a written fee agreement is signed—either as a hard copy in person or digitally through our Portal, which automatically emails a copy to the client.

All documents begin as drafts and are reviewed together in a follow-up appointment to make any needed changes before finalization. This process is designed to ensure accuracy, transparency, and that every client understands their plan.

We regret that this process did not lead to a positive experience in this case, and we will continue working to make communication as clear and supportive as possible.

- The Team at Life Point Law
Attorney Aaron Paker was highly knowledgeable, We met with Attorney Aaron Paker for legal counsel with regards to Veterans Benefits and Medicaid for my Father. Mr. Paker was able to answer all of our questions even though our circumstances were made more complex with VA Hospice in the mix. We would definitely recommend LifePoint Law for any legal counsel with regards to these issues.
Late 2023 we hired and prepaid Life Point Law over $11,000 for doing our life plan, estate documents, and family meeting.
Now early 2025, we are done, BUT only because I have a business background, am tenacious, and had the time to re-view, re-vise, and re-sign, several times...
My advice to you: Read Ragiv's books, get an attorney from an effective office, and forgo the overpriced errors and do-overs.
My advice to Ragiv: Read "Mistakes Were Made (but Not By Me)" by Caroll Tavris and Elliot Aronson.
DETAILS IF YOU WANT THEM----------I totally expected to put in the work to understand legal documents and take action on the life plan. I didn't expect so many issues, errors, and mix ups that originated with Life Point Law. I was surprised each time Ragiv took NO Accountability for even one thing and even implied it was my fault. He called them 'gaffs' in his last email to me.
Not to mention his neglecting to apply the information in the questionnaire we filled out with all our needs. He would say "this won't matter in the end" and "you are taking up too much time." Of course I am when boiler plate given to me needs so much revision because it didn't fit our situation. Also needed to correct names, titles, spelling, and sign three different times due to errors - plus two serious scheduling 'gaffs'.
I held the family meeting myself because when I called to confirm it 5 days prior, was told it was not on Ragiv's schedule with no commitment to get it there. Yet, Ragiv called 30 minutes after the meeting concluded to ask 'where we were?'
There is/was one person on the staff who was amazing and without her this never would have gotten done in the way we wanted it.
Owner response
It’s tricky for any business to respond to reviews left anonymously, and especially so for a law firm. It’s hard to be certain who the reviewer is or to know for sure if the reviewer was a client. Even if we were certain the reviewer was a client, we would never discuss or debate the details of this case, especially on a public review site.

We can only speculate about what happened to prompt such a negative review. Our goal is to deliver great service in an atmosphere of mutual respect. If a client treats our staff with vitriol or contempt, we may decide that it’s best to stop working with that client. It doesn’t happen very often, but when it does, tempers can flare, and it’s not hard to imagine a disgruntled ex-client writing a scathing review.

In any case, we wish this reviewer the very best.
Exceptional Legal Expertise and Genuine Care
Aaron Paker, Attorney and Counselor at Law, provided exceptional support in navigating the complex process of transferring property under Medicaid rules. From the beginning, he demonstrated incredible patience and professionalism, offering invaluable advice and tailored support. The fixed-fee structure he provided allowed my cost-conscious brother to receive just the right amount of hands-on assistance, and we truly felt the value far exceeded the cost.
Aaron’s extensive experience was evident as he shared strategic insights that were not widely known but proved invaluable in shaping our approach. These insights gave us peace of mind, especially regarding what banks and outside parties could and couldn’t do, and helped us take a direction we hadn’t initially considered. His knowledge and attention to detail ensured the process was fully compliant with Medicaid requirements and provided us with confidence every step of the way.
Aaron showed genuine care for our family, understanding my brother Jon’s years of caregiving, and was committed to ensuring he received our parents’ wishes and the assets he deserved. His dedication, combined with his legal expertise, made a challenging process far easier to navigate.
Aaron’s professionalism, thoughtfulness, and exceptional value make him a standout attorney. If you’re looking for someone who combines deep legal knowledge with heartfelt care, I highly recommend Aaron Paker.

Gary, we appreciate your kinds words very much. We consider it an honor to help families like yours navigate the Medicaid process. Thank you for placing your trust in us!
RUN DO NOT WALK as far away as you can from this place. Went to the "Free Seminar" in Bellevue. The place where the seminar is held, they charge for parking. Was not told this in advance. The place will only accept credit cards to pay for the parking. It cost $16.00 to park on a Saturday. Then after the seminar, they want $350.00 to make an appointment. This supposedly will give a discount for the appointment. Once the $350.00 is paid, you are handed a packet that needs to be filled out by the time of the appointment. which is fine, but then at the appointment, they want ALL of the rest of the monies, depending on which package you choose. The cheapest is $6,900.00, then next is $12,950.00 and the last is $17,500.00. Also on the cover letter of the packet, there are 3 other locations listed. When asked about that at the appointment, they acted like they did not know that that paper is still being used. Also made them aware of having to pay for parking. Was told that they were not going to use that place in Bellevue again. YET... got an email today listing the next "Free Seminars", and the Bellevue location is still listed!!!!! At the time of your appointment, if you can't pay the whole amount they will pressure you into paying what ever you can and then pay the rest at the next appointment. Thank goodness to some very good sound advice from some very good friends, am no longer going to do business with this company. Like the friend said, if they are having to hold seminars to get clients, there is something WRONG!!!!!! Wish I had read the reviews before I went to the seminar.
Everyone here, especially Rajiv, took a personal interest in my long-term well-being. He sets the tone for this caring and compassionate staff. They are superior to any other law firm I have ever visited.
