I'm convinced that Scott is one of the best attorneys out there for personal injury cases. He helped me on a case that was very near and dear to my heart. I would like to start by saying I came here based on honest Google reviews and over all my experience wasn't pleasant. Didn't appreciate the way they did not communicate over the process of updates or follow up in months. Multiple calls made by me to get updated with my case to see what i needed or to push my case to get back on my feet. I believe I communicated with his receptionist and had to re explain multiple times what happen in order to get some help. Every situation is diffirent but every lawyer is THE SAME, USING KEY WORDS TO COVER THERE END... showed up expecting a certain settlement as said over the phone with no clear breakdown and wasn't able to give me a clear answer,(WhY) couldnt send me simple paper work to my email after requested had to drive there. Come to show up and it's not even the amount that was said. How much lower can you make a customer feel and smile like you did everything. Lesson learned. DYOR. Before you sign anything. My business comes from great communication with my customers friends and family.... I expected to be treated as some one they saw could help and not just take what money they can.........didnt even talk to me about how my settlement went just said " if you would like to continue you would need to pay upfront" Does this mean it's good bad tell me don't just take advantage of some one coming in with honest business
