I highly recommend this attorney to everyone. This was my first accident, and the other party offered very little compensation despite my significant losses. Lininger helped me immensely by arranging all my treatments, providing guidance, and referring me to professional doctors. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. After winning my case, he broke down all the expenses, including doctors' bills and other treatments. It was a great experience, but you need to be patient.

I have lived a long and eventful life and I've never used the services of a lawyer; however, I had a bad fall due to the negligence of workers where I live. I was shocked that the property management company did not respond to my injuries - even a bunch of flowers followed by a couple of inquiries would have sufficed. This incensed me and I hired Mr. Tom Lininger, an injury lawyer highly recommended by my doctor. I hold Mr. Lininger in the highest regard. He is a straight shooter, returns emails promptly, and is a first-class lawyer. I felt he cared about the suffering I endured due to pure negligence. I was afraid working with a lawyer would be stressful, on the contrary, I felt no stress only confidence.

Lininger Injury Lawyers were recommended to me by a friend and I'm sure glad they pointed me in the correct direction! Tom was very informative and always answered emails to my questions. I was unaware of some of my rights involving my insurance company and he showed me the way. My accident, involving being hit from behind and the driver that hit me was uninsured.....If this is your issue you need Tom Lininger Injury attorney right away.
