Very good experience

I called and the person who answered was not at all friendly. I explained that I wanted a consultation but couldn't pay by card and that I would call them back because they started work at 12. They got angry and hung up on me. I see you have good reviews, but my experience wasn't great. I hope someone who is more courteous and friendly can see this and help me. I'm just looking for information, and I believe it's your duty to help and provide information, especially if someone wants to go in person and pay in person.
