In 1988 I suffered a catastrophic Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). I was 21 years of age when I had my accident that left me with a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury/CHI-Closed Head Injury),multiple broken bones, crushed spine, along with many other cognitive deficits as well as the inability to return to work or maintain a vocational path. Currently after 37 years with a TBI I continue to need theraputic/medical services. My accident led me on a journey to meet and be represented by Mr. Arthur Liss, President and founder of Liss and Associates PC ( 1977-1991). Since 1992 Liss and Andrews was made, and Mr. Liss remained the founder. Like many other victims, the first thing on my mind was that I wanted compensation for my injuries. I was struggling with life, and I wanted money to help me get through those struggles. Arthur Liss made it clear that no matter how long the fights were, he was there to get me medical reimbursements for life and everything else would fall into place. Amazingly now, later in life, Arthur Liss and Andrews PC continue to assist me with legal advice. As my original medical providers were changed or leaving, Mr. Liss assisted me with coordinating my personal medical health care team and provided some personal family health care to which I am eternally grateful. If you find yourself in the worst place you ever want to be (or a family member) absolutely consult Liss & Andrews BEFORE you advocate on your own with your insurance company after an accident. I wish someone would have given me that advice when my daughter was in an accident 18 years ago. They have never stopped fighting for her to get the care that's needed. My Husband got in a car accident May of 2021, it took years to settle, but we could have not done it without the expertise of Meagan O'Donnell, she is very compassionate of what she does, she always answer the phone when you call, she answer all our questions and assure us that she will fight for us to the end, she got us a good amount of settlement, it's unfortunate that my Husband got injured but atleast his settlement will help us going forward, when people ask me who my Lawyer is i tell them it's Meagan O'Donnell at Liss, and Andrew I highly recommended them 110% they are very professional and they are good of what they do!. Nick Andrews of Liss and Andrews is incredible, as is the whole staff. Our son was injured in a car accident in 1997. We have gone through insurance Hell for all these years.
