I was referred to Lloyd and associates by the courthouse for my son’s pending case/charges. After missing the initial consultation, I paid for the follow up consultation. The rep scheduled the appointment at a time the office is closed! Then, after I called several times and left a VM, the lawyer calls me 2hrs after to discuss details of the case. Disappointing, but not the worst - things happen. But everything goes downhill from there.
I spoke w/Evan who after discussing the charges and case, offered me a price, and even ‘prayed’ for my son and the upcoming case.
I call almost 2wks later to request the contract to retain him as my son’s attorney and got hung up on by Inga who was short talking me about what I needed. Then after I told her I’d rather not deal with her, she calls back 5mins later to say the owner and Evan decided not to take the case.
How coincidental after your receptionist, Inga, was rude and hung up on me mid-sentence, without me being rude or ignorant in return, they immediately ‘decided not to take the case’.
Would not recommend.

Andrew is amazing! My daughter has used him in the past as well. It’s hard to find someone who can produce desired results and is ethical. Andrew does that masterfully.
Andrew was the attorney for my daughter/grandson in a Geographic change case. This has been going on for years and is an incredibly difficult case. We are so thankful to have a positive outcome and have my daughter and grandson in a safe environment now. We are truly thankful for all the hard work, preparation and detail he and his team put into this case.

Andrew, Paige, and the entire team at Lloyd & Associates were fantastic! Andrew represented me in 2 separate cases at the same time, and I always felt like I was in capable hands. He answered my questions, fought for my children and me, and reassured me along the way. I couldn't be happier.
Straight forward and is not out to get your money. He truly cares and gets excited for the fight, which I love! He’s great breaking things down to understand. And very quick and doesn’t waste time or your money. I can say hands down I recommend him if your every in need of an attorney.

Great law firm, very attentive! I have used them twice now. Paige the paralegal is phenomenal! The staff is very responsive. Sometimes things take a little while to complete, but thats typical of any legal case with any law firm. So grateful for their kind, expert advice!

Fantastic legal team to work with! Andrew Lloyd's knowledge of family law and the legal process in Texas is unsurpassed, and he knows just how to present a case and interact both with the judge and opposing counsel. He is backed up by a great team, too, including Office Manager Inga and Legal Assistant Jennifer. Working with them was a smooth, rewarding and ultimately successful experience. I highly recommend Lloyd & Associates.
I can not express to you how grateful I am to have had Andrew and Jennifer on my team. After ten plus years of being bullied by my ex I am finally free. I am free to just be my kids mom without being scared of what he will think or say. Andrew was transparent from day one and Jennifer was always there to listen.
