My wife and I chose this firm because of the confidence they projected during intake, but our experience since then has been extremely disappointing. The primary issue has been communication and follow-through. We are routinely told we will receive an update “later today” or “tomorrow,” and those updates almost never come. Weeks pass with no communication at all unless we initiate contact ourselves. Each time we reach out for a status update, we’re given assurances and then nothing happens. This pattern has been consistent throughout our case. We are particularly concerned about the handling of our medical records. We were informed that records had been requested, yet nearly all of them were never actually obtained. We were not notified of any issues or delays. Instead, we eventually discovered the problem and had to obtain the records ourselves. That responsibility should not fall on clients in a personal injury matter. Additionally, we were told the “demand department” would prepare a demand letter, yet it took more than three weeks without any proactive update. Once again, we had to reach out before receiving any information about the status. The recurring theme has been inactivity unless we push for answers. While the attorney has been professional when we’ve spoken with him directly, the overall staff communication has been discouraging. Most interactions have lacked courtesy and responsiveness, which only adds to the frustration of already having to chase down updates. We understand legal cases take time, and we are not expecting instant results. What we do expect is transparency, accurate information, and proactive communication. At this point, we feel more like we are managing our own case rather than being represented.
