Terrible service, phantom business. He's never in his office, never answers calls or emails, as if his clients don't matter. This man represented me for a year, and during that time, I haven't made any progress in my divorce proceedings. I paid over 10k, and then he wouldn't respond to my messages or calls. In court, he was completely passive and calm, as if nothing mattered to him. If you need to find solutions to your current situation, then Luis Insignares IS NOT the right person for you. If you want to waste your time and money, then you should call him. Please, do your research before making your decision.

Today I had an appointment with this lawyer to finalize my divorce case. I paid the $450 he charges per hour because he speaks Spanish. After I told him my side of the story, he kept asking me personal questions that were irrelevant throughout the conversation. He left me on hold, the call was cut off, and when we finally finished, he told me I owed him another hour. He said I would get divorced for a total of $15,000. As another review says, he must be living off the hours he charges people. Be very careful; it seems like an abuse. Be aware of this lawyer; like another review says, he is living off the hour he charges just to talk to you.

Ridiculous legal salesman. He must make a living off his overpriced consultation fee. I wasted two months of valuable time in my family's case while he failed to follow through with scheduled calls and meetings as he supposedly reviewed the case. No touted credentials make up for your professional dishonesty and lack of integrity. If you think an attorney who works out of the back of a real estate title office seems shady, you would be right. Honestly, one of the best lawyers I've ever found. He speaks PERFECT Spanish. I don't see many lawyers who know how to speak Spanish, but it's the assistant who speaks or something, or they're from Miami. Plus, he has that spark that we Hispanics have. For family law matters, there's no one like him. Expensive, but THE BEST.
