I had a very disappointing experience with Luis Gutierrez Law Firm. I was referred to Mr. Gutierrez by another firm regarding a protective order case, but unfortunately the service I received was extremely unprofessional. From the beginning, communication was poor. When I first called the office, the receptionist (Gaby) repeatedly told me that Mr. Gutierrez was busy but that he would call me back shortly the same day. I waited for hours and never received a call. Around 3:30 PM, she finally informed me that the attorney would not be able to speak with me after all. She apologized and scheduled me for a phone appointment the following morning at 7:30 AM, assuring me that he would call me right at that time. I took the time to prepare all my documents and questions so that the call could be productive. I was ready and waiting before 7:30 AM, but no call came. By 7:45 AM I became concerned and tried calling the office several times, but no one answered. Finally, after 8:00 AM, Gaby answered and gave a completely different explanation, saying that 7:30 AM is just a general appointment time and that I would need to wait my turn because there was a list of clients ahead of me. This directly contradicted what I had been told the day before. At that point I felt I was being misled and expressed my frustration about the situation. Shortly after, Mr. Gutierrez got on the phone and spoke to me in a very aggressive and dismissive tone. When I tried to calmly explain why I was upset about the lack of communication and the confusion about my appointment, he interrupted me and said, “I don’t need you to lecture me,” and then hung up the phone. For someone seeking legal help during a stressful situation, professionalism and clear communication are extremely important. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. By far my worst disappointment with a legal professional.

Well, in my experience, no, honestly... he showed up in court and only spoke once, and just to say a few words... and supposedly he was my lawyer, but he turned out like many others, and as they say, he sold out, he got paid... and of course, with the prosecution... there was a deal and it was signed, and neither the judge nor he honored it, or I don't know what it was that ultimately defended me, that's always been our question. Gaby always answers and takes messages, she's friendly, but... in any case, you're left in the same situation. He never gave the family proper attention, nor did he invite you into his office to give you even 15 minutes of his time... but oh well, that's money for everything, but it's a bad experience, that's our experience... have a good day

Luis Gutierrez, I had to fired him , he was appointed by federal courts to represent me, this guy try to frame me instead of representing me like a lawyer should do, his a good actor though, Hollywood should hired this guy, one thing he i wont forget he said to me, dollar over a penny, I fired him for not doing his job, he try to intimidate me instead of helping me, his not a good lawyer watch you're self or any of your family that wants to hired him, lawyers should work for their clients not the DA, his not a good lawyer.

Incredible communication between client and staff members . I highly recommend Mr. Gutierrez and his team .
