I did all my own paralegal work myself, there were multiple errors and misspellings in my docs that were filed from the atty and para, including them misspelling the name of my husband we were serving. Bare minimum demands were documented, if my demands did not fit their boiler plate template, they didn’t know what to do. They bill and invoice on things like when you want to close your account and things show up in your statement of “reviewed case” when no work has been done for 6 weeks. I got assigned the absolute B team attorney and paralegal, the OP literally made fun of my counsel for being so unprepared and it hurt me in the end.
