I have worked with Ms Morfitt of Lutz Law on a number of times on cases where she is counsel for 1 party and I'm the realtor helping sell the home. Each time we've worked together, I've been impressed! What I find most impressive is how she is able to explain the situation to her client in a way that evokes logic and fairness rather than ruffled feathers.
