I have been a nurse for the last 36 years And a nurse practitioner for the last 26 and I have never had to deal with a State Board complaint. But unfortunately, three years ago a complaint was filed and I found Betty Smith attorney in Austin Texas. She is a partner with Lype Dest Smith Law Firm. She has been a blessing the last three years. I did not know anything about what to do from step one to step 20 and she took care of everything, she eased my fears and made sure that I received the best representation in order to continue to protect my license.
