They never helped me. They gave me an appointment and didn't call me back. I kept filling out the form and they simply ignored me. Bad service from the start.

Never answers the phone. When you have schedule appointments he never shows. I was told by someone that he shared his office with that he is never in the office

This lawyer accepted my case in December 2019 when I broke my ankle outside my condo in September but after 4 months it seems he has not done anything to pursue any sort of settlement for my claim. I had to constantly reach out to him for a follow up. He would rarely respond for months. Early on he found out that was on medicaid, it seemed he was not interested after this in pursuing my case because he said he couldn't take any percentage of that. I finally told him after his weeks of no response that I was going to find another attorney that was willing to help me but Brian reassured me that he was still in. That was two months ago and once again I was ghosted with no response dor another 2 months to my follow up emails. Today I asked him to send me all correspondence so I could actually see what he had done if anything. He proceeded to tell me that he was no longer interested in pursuing my case after 4 months of wasting my time. I've had surgery on my sprained ankle and 8 weeks of physical therapy and now I have to search for another attorney. Thanks for wasting my time Brian.
