I believe Macomb Injury Lawyers are the best personal injury law firm in Macomb County. From the moment I contacted them, their team was responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about car accident claims, insurance negotiations, and injury settlements. They’re the first call I’d make for any injury or accident case.
I can’t recommend this firm highly enough. From the very first call, they made me feel heard and supported. In my dealings with them I find them to be ethical and knowledgeable.
If you’ve been in an auto accident and are feeling overwhelmed, this is absolutely the team you want on your side. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly client-focused.

You hope in your life you never have to be in a position to hire lawyers for a personal injury. Unfortunately I found myself in a position that required me to hire a lawyer to represent me. Let's begin by saying. I never have worked with Jeff and his law firm. However, when I called him and I talked to the intake Lisa who was very kind. Kim who assisted me as well. They all Get a superb job in going over my situation. Putting things in perspective and how it was very important to have him represent me based, on my situation that I'm currently going through with my auto insurance company. Which really disturbs me how they operate. But that's all they're about money. You pay the premiums, but when you need them, they may help you temporarily. But their main objective is to stop paying you and they will use every tactic in the world, by way or means of lies. Without going much into my situation personally. I firmly believe that I was guided here. Spiritually, for these people to help me out. And the way Jeff's Law Firm handled me and the whole staff made me feel extremely comfortable and knowing I'm in very good hands. EASYMONEYE, we are contingency fee lawyers, meaning we collect an attorney fee only if the client's case is successful. It sounds like we did not agree that you have a case to pursue. Although it may seem like lawsuits are easy, they are not and there are a lot of considerations made in pursuing one. I do not know how we did nothing but bad for you when you were not our client, but it is unfortunate you feel that way. Perhaps another lawyer will assist you where we were unable to do so.<br><br>
He decided to not listen to me, repeat the same things I’ve already told him then told me he DIDN’T KNOW if there was even a case. Do yourself a favor… hang up and find someone who will genuinely LISTEN to help and not just how much money THEY will be earning.

Ms. Rice, you called early this morning on a Saturday and you gave very few details about your situation. And, you wanted to know if you had a case. As we try to be responsive to anyone who calls, you spoke to an actual lawyer, as opposed to leaving a message or dealing with an answering service. As a professional, bound by the rules of professional responsibility, I cannot and will not go into details of our interaction. But, I will say that it is unprofessional for a lawyer to give an opinion without having properly analyzed a situation. You have made the choice to go in a different direction. I will note, and I think it is fair to say, that the topic of money, or fees, or anything like that, was never brought up. A personal injury lawyer's focus in looking at a potential case is first whether there was wrongdoing done that caused injury and what damages the injured person sustained.
