There are not enough words to express how wonderful my family's experience was with Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. Attorney Pickens is a brilliant lawyer. He does an amazing job with communicating sensitive information and with updating clients about next steps and processes. Attorney Kelly is also fantastic. She is super compassionate and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure her clients feel seen and heard. We are forever indebted to the both of them.

They have no back up staff to fill in when someone is out, meaning if you have a closing with them you could be waiting for over a week to get paid. Do not recommend agents and brokers to work with this firm. Also front desk has no idea what’s going on either.
