Would not recommend. Because of his lack of attention he submitted a motion with his own wording that actually helped the opposing counsel's argument. As a result my kids were allowed to be relocated out of State away from me and severe parent alienation ensued. My children have suffered trauma and were estranged from me their Father because of his poor representation as an attorney. And, one of his positive reviews is a Tom Hicks private investigator that he refers business to who did nothing to truly help my children and me, but took my money. There are no words for nightmare Mr. Maineri could have prevented.
