My experience was terrible, the insurance company initially told me that neither party was at fault, so I had to seek help from this law firm, the insurance company knowing that I had a representative, regarding the accident, they paid almost immediately, so my check, they sent it to the lawyers' offices, everything was going well, up to that point, I received physical therapy, which was more the trip I made to what the chiropractor really did to me, then they did an MRI, then they sent me to a pain doctor, they were the only people I saw personally, then when negotiating with the supposed doctors, who had treated me it turns out that 6 treated me of which I never saw the other 3, I never received medicine for my pain, since my injury was in my neck and part of my back, the only thing I received was physical therapy, to make a long story short, of the money I received from the insurance company they gave me 5th of what the insurance company paid, being all the Check for the lawyers who charged 40 percent of their fees and the supposed doctors that I never saw, who also kept their cut, that is my experience with said law firm and they still send me a letter where they tell me what my experience was and if I can refer them to family and friends, I would never refer anyone to these people, who are the ones who benefited the most from my case, since I still suffer from pain in my neck and back and my case is already closed

After having a bad accident on the night of Christmas day I was unable to get the representation i was referred by my Uber driver. I spoke with them and even reached out days later to no effect. I discovered Makkabi Law Group online and they visited me about a day later. The initial response was very welcoming and as I made progress with my case the relationship between me and my case manager became better and better. It's been 2 years since my accident and my representative Isabel Ruiz has only had contact with her 3 times at most, she never answers my calls, she's always at lunch, busy with a client, she's in an emergency, she's on vacation and she changes assistants every moment, I left messages and they never return my call, the last time I spoke with her she couldn't check on my case because the internet went down, and her assistants don't help in the least, they all answer the same. If she does not want or is not interested in working on my case, which I do not think there is much work left since the check from the other insurance company was already sent to them 6 MONTHS ago... they notified me, I would like to speak with another person who is more professional and can assist me and follow up on my case! I have asked and tried to speak with a supervisor or someone higher up than Isabel to help me and they say that she is the only one in charge and the supervisor of the place. If that is the case, I do not understand why she has this type of people with such poor professional ethics and does NOT give priority to clients. I see many good references from other people but the truth is I have not had ANY luck.
