This law firm is very professional very thorough and they put forth a tremendous effort to get the results for their clients I have absolute confidence in them and I highly recommend everybody to use this law firm for whatever needs they have.

This attorney Mr. Makris, Steve & attorneys assistant, Janie were very insensitive, dismissive, rushed me thru everything and did not inform me about the process.They didn't care about what I was going thru as far as my health issues, being in and out of the hospital after a failed kidney transplant. A difficult seperation and divorce. I am not asking for pity but I was really relying on him as my lawyer that he would have given better information and better outcome for myself and my 4 children about the process and legal procedures. During all this I was also hit by a car so the accident was also something I needed their assistance with. It was a very hard time all while the courts were closed due to covid. Ultimately all my medical bills after the accident were not paid. I can not recommend them for divorce, they billed me over $10,000. The legal assistant Janie bragged that she had done this work for many years. Also told me she did not want to file my divorce after holding my petition for 3 months due to me not having any money. I have chronic kidney disease since 2009 and was able to get SSI after transplant with no income at the time. I would have continued with the application myself but as I stated I was ill, in & out of the hospital. It was an easy case for them. My SSI stopped after my divorce in which his office handled due to misguidance then wanted me to pay more for his mistake. The U.S. Department of treasury says I owe them due to their office not paying all medical bills. They did also handle the auto accident. In my opinion they are very crooked and were very cold towards me. Do not use them I could def. not recommend them. My calls do not get returned and if they did I was charged $ for each communication it was all itemized. As a reply to my review he's exaggerating about things and also posting personal matters in which I did not authorize. Is this something lawyers can do ? I did not give him pemission to do this. In the end US treasury took my 2023 taxes back due to casework with his office. The SSA said I owed them money after dealing with his office on my SSI case and charged me $1500. I am still suffering with the outcome of the the divorce. I really should have chosen a family law lawyer for my divorce case and a auto insurance lawyer for the other case. Live and learn. Be careful who you choose to help you.

I don't understand why they have such high ratings, the communication between my lawyer and myself wasn't present. It's like they didn’t truly care. I still haven't heard anything from them, phone, email or letter. Disappointed and discouraged. I truly hope other have better luck. My life has turned upside-down do to my illness and I was hopeful that they would help. Good luck God speed.

Stay clear of this law firm they do absolutely nothing for your case. the communication is horrible they never answer the phone or return voicemails..you are better off doing the process yourself.

Could not be happier with the way they handled my claim, took four years but I recently won full approval, all thanks I’m certain, to my case manager Belinda who was pretty much my sole contact there , she worked with me throughout the claims process the numerous hearings ,hundreds of phone calls and the unlimited supply of documents . Belinda did a great job for me, always returned calls and emails, always had the latest info on my case keeping me up to date about what was happening.
