I was appointed to Adam through a family member on January 12th regarding a car accident that my boyfriend and I were in. At the initial meeting, I was feeling hopeful and ready to work with him. I reached out a handful of times by email and through phone call to ask for information and updates on the case. The first email was on January 19th, which was a follow up from our meeting. He informed me he had requested camera footage and asked me about insurance information. I wrote back, to which he didn’t respond. A few weeks went by, and I still did not receive any updates. I called the office on January 29th and February 2nd to speak with him and hopefully get some answers. He reached out on February 3rd, telling me he decided not to pursue the initial claim, but asked if I wanted to make a separate claim towards insurance instead. Through email, I asked for several answers, regarding court dates, asking him to share specific details of the accident, and what I should do on my end moving forward. I received absolutely no response from him until I wrote back requesting that I’d like our contract to end, which was a month later on March 3rd. The lack of communication from this firm was very disappointing. I ended up moving forward with a different firm, and an attorney gathered all of my information, documents, and is already working with the insurance company in less than an hour. I tried my best to be patient, but waiting an entire month for no answers is unacceptable - it felt like I was not valued whatsoever as a client.
